These Terms & Conditions govern your use of hellowin.asia and all services offered by hellowin. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Account Eligibility & Registration
Only persons aged 21 years or older and physically located in the Philippines may register and use a hellowin account. One account per person; identity verification is mandatory before first withdrawal.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). hellowin accepts GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. Withdrawal requests are processed within stated timeframes; GCash and Maya typically within 15 minutes.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met in full.
Gameplay Rules & Fair Play
All games offered by hellowin use certified random number generation or live physical randomness. Collusion, fraud, exploitation of software errors, and any form of cheating result in immediate account termination.
Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property & Liability

Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
- "hellowin", "we", "us", or "our" refers to hellowin and its operators, as owners and operators of the website hellowin.asia and all associated services.
- "Platform" means hellowin.asia, including the website, mobile application, and any related digital services operated by hellowin.
- "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses the Platform.
- "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration with hellowin.
- "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player that are available for wagering and withdrawal, exclusive of bonus funds.
- "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited by hellowin subject to applicable wagering requirements before conversion to real money.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by hellowin before a Player's first withdrawal.
- "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing gaming activities in the Philippines.
- "PHP" or "₱" refers to the Philippine Peso, the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing hellowin.asia, creating an Account, or placing any wager on the Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents together constitute the entire agreement between you and hellowin.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you have an Account, contact hellowin support to arrange account closure.
Age Restriction Notice: The hellowin Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years or older. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. Underage gambling is illegal in the Philippines and hellowin takes all reasonable steps to prevent it. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in compliance with applicable regulations.
Account Registration and Verification
To use the real-money features of the hellowin Platform, you must register an Account. Registration is subject to the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
- You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and use.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
- Only one Account is permitted per person. Multiple accounts, accounts registered in another person's name, and accounts created to circumvent a previous suspension are strictly prohibited.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. hellowin is not liable for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
KYC Verification: Before your first withdrawal is processed, hellowin requires identity verification. You will be asked to submit a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys national ID, passport, or driver's licence) and, where required, proof of your payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the stated timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension until verification is completed.
hellowin reserves the right to request updated KYC documentation at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. Players are required to cooperate with such requests promptly.
Deposits
hellowin accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time.
- The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a specific payment method or promotion.
- All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the same name as the hellowin Account. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
- Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time for GCash and Maya, and within 15 minutes for most bank transfer methods, subject to the payment provider's processing times.
- hellowin does not charge a platform fee for deposits. Transaction fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.
- hellowin reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in violation of these Terms.
By depositing funds, you confirm that the source of those funds is legitimate and that the deposit does not constitute money laundering or any other illegal financial activity. hellowin complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
Withdrawals
Players may request a withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
- Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the withdrawal section of your Account and may vary by payment method and player tier.
- Bonus balances and winnings generated exclusively from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
- hellowin targets the following processing times: GCash and Maya withdrawals — within 15 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals — within 24 hours on business days. These are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by factors outside hellowin's control.
- hellowin does not impose a platform withdrawal fee. Fees charged by the recipient payment provider are the Player's responsibility.
hellowin reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of account verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with a legal obligation. Players will be informed of any delay and its anticipated duration via their registered contact details.
Bonuses and Promotions
hellowin offers bonuses and promotional rewards from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by any specific terms published with the individual promotion:
- Bonuses are awarded at hellowin's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are stated in the promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
- Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute 10–20%; slots contribute 100% unless stated otherwise. Specific contribution rates are published on the applicable promotion page.
- A maximum win cap may apply to individual bonus offers. Any winnings exceeding the stated cap will be removed from the Player's balance upon withdrawal request.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
- hellowin reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and void associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, or exploitation of a software error.
Welcome Bonus Note: New Player welcome bonuses are available to players making their first qualifying deposit at hellowin. Players must be 21+ to claim. Welcome bonuses cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated. Withdrawal of a deposited amount before wagering requirements are met may result in forfeiture of the associated bonus and bonus-derived winnings.
Gameplay Rules and Fair Play
hellowin offers games from licensed and certified third-party providers. All games on the Platform are governed by their respective provider rules, which are accessible from within each game. The following fair play rules apply across the entire hellowin Platform:
- All RNG-based games use certified random number generation audited by recognised independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games use physical randomness (real cards, wheels, and dice) streamed in real time.
- Malfunction voids all game plays and bets. In the event of a technical failure affecting game outcomes, hellowin will determine the appropriate resolution at its discretion, which may include voiding affected rounds and returning stakes.
- Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing play. hellowin is not liable for losses arising from disconnection during a game.
- If a game outcome is disputed, the result recorded in hellowin's server logs shall be final and binding, unless an error is independently confirmed by the game provider.
- hellowin reserves the right to void bets where it can demonstrate that the bet was placed with knowledge of the outcome (e.g., through the exploitation of a live stream delay).
Responsible Gaming
hellowin is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment in alignment with PAGCOR guidelines. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players from the Account Settings panel:
- Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set by the Player at any time. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
- Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum duration for each gaming session. When the limit is reached, the session will end and the Player will be logged out.
- Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during the current session.
- Cooling-Off Period: A temporary suspension of the Account for a period of 1 day to 6 weeks, at the Player's request.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform for a minimum period of 6 months or indefinitely, at the Player's request. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
Problem Gambling Notice: If you believe your gambling may be causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tools above and seek professional support. hellowin operates a strict 21+ age policy. Gambling should be entertainment — never a means to earn income or recover financial losses.
hellowin may unilaterally impose account restrictions, including deposit limits or account suspension, where it identifies patterns of play that may indicate problem gambling. These measures are taken in the interest of player welfare and are not negotiable during the restriction period.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hellowin Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities:
- Registering more than one Account, or registering in another person's name or with false identity information.
- Using the Platform while under 21 years of age.
- Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the Platform outside of normal human gameplay.
- Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
- Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Engaging in any form of chargebacks, reversals, or disputed transactions in bad faith.
- Assisting, facilitating, or enabling any of the above prohibited activities by another person.
Intellectual Property
All content on hellowin.asia — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface design, software, and audio — is the intellectual property of hellowin or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of hellowin.
The hellowin name, logo, and all associated brand assets are trademarks of hellowin. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:
- hellowin's total liability to any Player arising from these Terms & Conditions, or from the Player's use of the Platform, shall not exceed the uninvested Real Money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
- hellowin is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform.
- hellowin is not liable for losses arising from factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, third-party payment processing delays, acts of government or regulatory authority, or natural disasters.
- Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by hellowin's negligence, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hellowin makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any game offered thereon.
Privacy and Data Protection
hellowin collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The manner in which we collect, store, use, and protect your personal information is set out in detail in our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy.
By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.
Account Suspension, Closure and Termination
hellowin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Account registered by or used by a person under 21 years of age.
- Multiple accounts detected under the same identity, IP address, device, or payment method.
- At the request of the Player (voluntary closure).
- Regulatory requirement or order from a competent authority.
Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after all claims, offsets, and deductions will be returned to the Player via their most recently used verified withdrawal method, less any applicable charges. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting hellowin support via live chat or email. Account closure requests submitted for responsible gaming reasons will be treated as self-exclusion requests under Section 8.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of any dispute between a Player and hellowin, the Player should first contact hellowin support through the official channels listed in Section 16 to seek an informal resolution. hellowin will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause prevents hellowin from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
hellowin's decision on the outcome of any game round, as recorded in its system logs, shall be final and binding. Disputes regarding specific game outcomes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant round — claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Amendments to These Terms
hellowin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on hellowin.asia with the updated "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. Where a change is material, hellowin will endeavour to notify registered Players via their registered email address or a platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.
